When does my membership expire?
Depending on the plan purchased, memberships expire either one month or 12 months after purchase. You should receive notification before your membership is to expire.
Is there a grace period for membership renewals?
All memberships expire on the one month or 12 months after the date of purchase.  Online renewal is simple and can be completed anytime by clicking on “My Account” off of the courses page. You must be logged in to view your account.
How do I renew my SITE membership?
To renew or upgrade your account by accessing the “My Account” section of the site. You should also receive an email prior to your membership expiring with details on how to renew.

    1. Login to your the academy using your unique username and password. Then launch the courses page
    2. Click on “My Account” on the top right corner. The “My Account” page gives you access to renew or upgrade your membership, as well as see previous transactions.
    3. In “My Account”, select the desired plan and hit “Subscribe.”
    4. After the subscription type is selected, complete the payment steps.

What currency does Demmons Enterprise accept for my membership fees?
Demmons Enterprise accepts membership dues in USD.
My membership expired. How do I become reinstated?
Demmons Enterprise offers members a 30-day grace period following the expiration of their membership. If you are within this time frame, simply renew your membership online. If your membership has lapsed beyond the grace period, please submit a request via the “Contact Us” page.
Are membership dues prorated?
No, new memberships are paid for at time of subscription and last either one month or 12 months from date of purchase, depending on the plan purchased.
Where do I pay my membership dues?
Online payment via PayPal is preferred and required if signing up online. If other forms of payment are necessary please submit a request via the “Contact Us” page.
How long does it typically take to process my membership dues payment?
Online payments process immediately. Dues sent to Demmons Enterprise via check are manually processed and may take  7-10 business days.
How do I receive a receipt for payment to Demmons Enterprise?

    1. If online payment, please log in and navigate to “My Account.”
    2. On the “My Account” page you have access to your transaction history.

Is my membership transferable?
No your membership is non-transferable; however, you are free to share the knowledge gained with friends and family.
Does Demmons Enterprise offer discounts for group memberships?
